AppExpire Terms of Service

These terms apply to AppExpire, provided by kukuDev. Stop using the app if you disagree. It is not directed to children under 14.

1. Service and required setup

AppExpire automatically confirms Android uninstall dialogs for apps you schedule. Accessibility, alarms/reminders, notifications and agreement to the accessibility disclosure are required; the app cannot be used without setup. If the screen is off or locked, deletion waits until you unlock it. Device, battery and permission conditions may delay or prevent execution. Cancel through “Keep app (cancel reservation)” or disable accessibility to stop automatic processing. Uninstalling may erase the target app’s data; back up anything needed first.

2. Your data

No account is required. Schedules, history and settings stay on-device and cannot be restored after uninstalling AppExpire or clearing its data. Removing another app does not cancel its cloud account or subscriptions. See the Privacy Policy for data processing.

3. Free use and Pro

Free use allows 10 scheduled apps at a time and dates within 20 days of saving or editing. Rescheduling is not limited. Free use includes ads. Pro is a one-time purchase removing ads and both scheduling limits, not a subscription. The final Korean price is KRW 20,000 including VAT; elsewhere the price shown by Google Play applies.

4. Payments and refunds

Google Play and our verification service process and validate purchases. Pro can be restored with the same Google Play account; schedules cannot. Cancellations and refunds follow Google Play procedures and applicable law. Withdrawal rights for immediately supplied digital benefits may be limited by law, without excluding mandatory refund rights. Minors or guardians may request cancellation of purchases made without required guardian consent.

5. Use and responsibility

Do not misuse others’ devices or rights, or bypass purchase/security controls. Service failures and device conditions can prevent scheduled execution. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence and other non-excludable legal responsibilities is preserved.

6. Changes, disputes and contact

Important changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. You may stop using the app if you disagree. Korean law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections.
